Today has been the weirdest, most stressful day ever

Had the most ridiculous argument with one of my flatmates - involving her screaming and crying and me calling her a fucking cunt - which came extremely close to actually becoming a physical fight at one point… all of this, because I said that we should try to use the central heating a bit less. Seriously.

That, plus a couple other shitty things going on at the moment, means that right now I’m finding it pretty hard to switch my brain off. Don’t think I’m going to get a lot of sleep tonight!
